Container Fittings
QSI specializes in the fabrication and installation of all types of stainless steel container fittings where containers require repositioning or change of direction.
Twists - for equipment container infeed and discharge.
Gravity Chutes - fixed and adjustable gravities for various container types and sizes.
Lowerators - to feed containers from one elevation to another.
Inverters - 180 degree container inverters for table top and cable conveyors.
Drop-in/Drop-out Gates - conveying similar containers for two lines individually feeding the same piece of equipment, or one line feeding two pieces of equipment.
Pneumatic Diverters (with a built-in Pneumatic can stop) - automatic diverting gate alternately feeding containers to two pieces of equipment.
Manual and Pneumatic Gates - to divert containers from one line to another.
Dud Detector - Typically mounted after the seamer, cans are fed through a 90 degree twist rolling the cans through the dud detector which captures badly seamed cans prior to the cooker.
UHMW plastic snap-on is used on all side rods where required for labeled or litho containers to eliminate marking or scratching.
