Cable Conveyors - Fabricated in 10' sections with can runway of aluminum or stainless steel angle. The 3" dia. UHMW polymer cable sheaves and stainless steel siderail brackets are spaced according to product requirements. Fixed or adjustable type stainless, galvanized or Valu-guide double side rails are available.
Standard Drive Unit - Stainless or painted mild steel angle frame with one 15" dia. cast iron triple groove drive sheave, one 12" dia. cast iron double groove take-up sheave stainless steel shafts and spring loaded take-up assembly. Sew Eurodrive VFD class gearmotors are supplied unless otherwise specified. Includes roller chain guard and remote grease fittings.
Centre Drive Unit - Sturdily constructed to assist as a centre drive to accommodate a lengthy continuous cable line or a cable system conveying heavier full containers.
Cable Corner Assembly - Consists of, two 15" dia. cast iron single groove sheaves, stainless steel shaft and ER bearings. Stainless steel container lifters and adjustable product corner guides.
Cable Tail Assembly - Stainless or painted mild steel angle frame, 15" dia. cast iron single groove sheave, stainless steel shaft and flange bearing. Cable take-up is available in the tail or drive assembly.
