Cable Conveyor Systems
QSI offers reliable, cost effective cantrack systems in aluminum or stainless steel to accommodate conveying a variety of containers at various speeds. Our cantrack is designed with the durability and low maintenance so crucial to meet the demand for a high volume production conveyor system.
Depending on the application, cantrack is available with fixed or adjustable side rails. Plastic cable pulleys and side rail brackets are properly spaced to ensure the smooth conveyance of empty or full containers. If required an optional hold down top rail or dust covers are also available.
Our heavy duty cable drive units are constructed with a cast iron triple groove drive sheave plus a double groove sheave to maximize cable traction. Cable take-up units are available in the drive unit or tail assembly. Our cable Alpine systems to elevate or lowerate containers are constructed with consideration to space requirements, container type, weight, moisture and the proper elevation for each cable run, to avoid container slippage.
